How to get to Honey Run Boulders.

Ok, there has been some interest in how to get to Honey Run. Here it is. 10855 Hazel Dell Rd. From Mount Vernon take 36 towards Howard. Turn left onto Bridge rd (junction 62) turn right onto 62, go under overpass take first left onto Hazel Dell Rd. parking lot is a little over a mile on the left. It takes about 10-15 minutes from Mt Vernon. The boundaries to the park are posted pretty clearly. The problems I've been working on are to the left of the falls( follow trail to right of parking lot and cross stream at base of water fall, then up hill). and some more advanced problems go downhill to left of parking lot and a little to the left about 20-30 feet from road. have fun and post comments/pictures on the facebook fan site!

    Hey, I went out to the falls today and had a look around, I cleaned the slightly overhung arete on the trail before you get to the falls themselves. Looks like there is some potential out there for a few lines.

    I'd like to meet up with you if you're heading out anytime soon and work some stuff. It's kinda sketchy with one pad and no spotter. My email is dustynwhyte@gmail.com I'll be around for the next 6 weeks or so!
